Own the modernisation of legacy enterprise applications, replacing outdated technology with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS serverless services, and design end-to-end architecture from authentication to infrastructure and CI/CD. Bring applications in line with cyber security controls through SSO, OIDC, and SAML upgrades, introduce structured audit logging in CloudWatch to isolate production incidents within minutes, and migrated four legacy applications off self-hosted Jenkins onto AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and CDK-based deployment. Also carry production support and on-call rotations across university systems.

Built cross-platform mobile workflows with Ionic and Angular used daily by thousands of technicians, and created and optimised PHP Slim REST APIs for faster mobile-to-web data sync. Fixed high-priority customer issues, refactored legacy code for performance, and designed proof-of-concept agentic AI features with LangChain and the Vercel AI SDK for contextual technician assistance. Won the Simpro Dev Choice Award twice and placed first at the Simpro Hackathon in both 2024 and 2025.
